TERMS OF WARRANTY

All Bosch Power Tools are designed and manufactured with High Quality, Reliability and Safety standards.

Power Tools from Bosch is guaranteed against material and manufacturing defects for a period of One year* & Bosch Standard range & Bosch DIY for Six months** starting from the date of purchase as recorded in the invoice of purchase document.

*Bosch HD. Professional Tools, Production tools, Measuring Tools, Battery & Chargers are guaranteed against manufacturers’ defects.

**Bosch Standard Range & DIY (Green) Tools are guaranteed against manufacturers’ defects.

In the event of failure of tools due to material & manufacturing defects, we undertake to repair the tools (with repairable parts) free of charge, provided we are satisfied with that:

1. The power tool has not been tampered with.
2. Failure has occurred due to manufacturing/material defects.
3. The power tool has been purchased from an accredited dealer/retailer/online portal.
4. The claim has been referred to one of the Bosch Authorized Service Centers along with the power tool, warranty card and original tool purchase valid invoice with GST number.
5. The customer shall carry the tools to the nearest Authorized Service Center at his/her own cost and risk.
6. The Bosch Tool shall be used strictly for intended purpose in accordance with the user manual.

This warranty does not cover

1. All normal wear and tear parts like carbon brush, bearings, O-rings, Oil seals, mechanical parts, trigger, pump unit, plastic parts, heating element & accessories etc.
   2. Installation to wrong voltage, overload, wrong accessories and wrong application.
   3. Use other than in accordance with handling instructions.
   4. Unauthorized repair carried out.
   5. Damage due to any unit caused by accident, misuse, willful damage, and normal wear, claims arising from loss, fire or other calamities caused by nature or in any way being tampered with.
   6. Intermittent duty tools are used for production purposes.
   7. Use of spurious spares and look alike & non-genuine spares.
   8. Failure to comply with any safety precaution or maintenance tip suggested in user manual.
   9. Original serial number is deleted/defected/defaced or altered or tamperproof seal is damaged.
   10. Calibration of tools is not covered under warranty.
