By participating in the PRO Deals MeasureOn PRO Cloud & Export – 3 Months Free Trial Subscription Promotion (hereinafter “Promotion”), you accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation.

(hereinafter referred to as “Bosch”).
The Promotion runs from 01.01.2026 (00:00 CET) to 30.04.2026 (24:00 CET) (hereinafter “Promotion Period”).
(1) To take part in the Promotion, you must do the following within the Promotion Period:
a) Purchase a BOSCH Professional Laser Range Finder having Bluetooth functionality (hereinafter referred to as “Promotional Product”) within the Promotional Period online or in store in the UK or Ireland and receive a reward. Please note that used or second-hand goods are excluded from the Promotion.
b) Visit the PRO Deals Promotion website under the following link: www.pro360.com/prodeals - this page will take you to the PRO Deals web application (hereinafter “PRO Deals”). A personal PRO360 user profile is required for participation. A personal PRO360 user profile must be created, if none already exists. Specific terms and conditions apply, which the user must separately accept during the registration for the authentication service. You can review the terms and conditions of PRO360 here.
c) Scan the packaging code via smartphone or tablet or enter manually the serial number, device number, purchase date of your purchased Promotional Products.
d) Upload a copy of the invoice/purchase receipt/delivery received for the purchase of the Promotional Product. Please note that this document must clearly show the Promotional Product purchased and the date of purchase. Please black out the purchase price on the invoice if feasible. We will send a coupon for a three-months-free-trial of MeasureOn PRO Cloud & Export to your e-mail address connected with PRO Deals.
(2) The Promotional Product must be purchased within the Promotion Period. The date on the invoice is decisive for the purchase within the Promotion Period. If the invoice date is outside the Promotion Period, you must prove that the Promotion Product is purchased within the Promotion Period.
(3) Participation in the Promotion must take place no later than the last day of the month following the end of the Promotion Period.
1) When you purchase a Promotional Product, participate in the Promotion Campaign and comply with these Terms and Conditions of Participation, you will receive a three-months-free-trial-subscription MeasureON PRO Cloud & Export, which enables you to use all functions of the software (hereinafter “Reward Item”).
2) To redeem the Reward Item, you must do the following:
a. A valid Apple ID or a valid Google ID is required. You must have a valid payment method set within the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
b. Download the MeasureOn Mobile App in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and open it.
c. Click on "Get PRO" or click in the menu on "Upgrade to MeasureOn PRO"[MW5] [KK6] .
d. Click on[MW7] "Select payment period" and choose the annual plan.
e. Log in with your SingleyKey ID.
f. In the “Order Summary”, please enter the received coupon-code in the "Enter Coupon Code" input field and confirm.
g. “Coupon applied” appears. Agree to the terms and conditions for MeasureOn Pro Cloud & Export, which can be read [here] and then click “Order with an obligation to pay”.
3) You can terminate the Reward Item at any time within the three-months-free trial subscription (“Free Period”). If you do not terminate the Reward Item until the last day of the Free Period, your subscription will renew for a regular twelve-months-subscription according to the terms and conditions for MeasureOn Pro Cloud & Export. In that event, we will charge you GBP 129.99 / EUR 149,99 per year.
4) Bosch is allowed to exchange Reward Items with comparable items.
(1) The Promotion is aimed at both consumers and tradespeople, in any case at end customers. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of Participation, a “consumer” is every natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside the consumer’s trade, business or profession (Section 13 “BGB” German Civil Code) and “tradespeople” are natural or legal persons or a partnership with legal personality who or which, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in exercise of their trade, business or profession (Section 14 (1) “BGB” German Civil Code).
(2) Participation is only possible for those participants if you are purchasing a MeasureOn Pro Cloud & Export subscription for the first time.
(3) A Reward Item is bound to a Bosch SingleKey ID, only one Reward Item can be redeemed per Bosch SingleKey ID user.
(4) This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts from the Bosch Group, in particular Robert Bosch Power Tools GmbH.
(5) In the event of revocation or withdrawal from the purchase contract, you are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If the Promotion Product is returned, Bosch has the right to cancel the Free Period.
(6) Sublicensing of the Reward Item received is not permitted.
(7) The participation using fake identities or third-party identities is not permitted. Automated participation (e.g., via participation and entry services) is also not permitted. Fraud through multiple registrations, website hacking, use of automation software, exploitation of software bugs, etc., will result in the participant being excluded and will be reported to the police by Bosch.

The Reward Item(s) will be provided to you without any warranty. However, this does not apply if the warranty claim is for damages and the claim is based on gross negligence or intent on the part of Bosch or its vicarious agents. Claims for damages due to injury to life, body or health or due to the Product Liability Act also remain unaffected. In particular, Bosch is not obliged to replace or repair the Reward Items but will examine this on a case-by-case basis.
(1) Each participant is responsible for paying any arising taxes on the Reward Item. Participants who are entitled to deduct input tax will be informed of their obligation according to Section 17 (1) “UStG” (Value Added Tax Act) regarding the Reward Item.
(2) We reserve the right to change any provisions at any time. Whenever you participate in a Promotion of Robert Bosch Power Tools, the Terms and Conditions of Participation available at that time apply. Therefore, in your own interest, please always check the Terms and Conditions of Participation before participating. If any individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid or incomplete, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.
(3) Bosch reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend the Promotion for good cause. This is particularly the case if the proper implementation of the Promotion can no longer be guaranteed for legal or material reasons.
(4) The contractual relationship between you and Bosch shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence is not withdrawn (principle of favourability). The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
(5) The place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, Germany, insofar as the participants are not consumers but merchants, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law. The same applies if they do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU or if their place of residence or habitual abode is unknown at the time the action is filed.
