The decision has been made: Welcome to the new team! Your future manager will get in touch with you before the first day of work and of course you will receive your new employment contract.
The first days in the new company are important. Therefore, we design your first steps together with you.
These can be very different, as they are of course tailored to your future position and the respective location. Basically, you will receive an individual induction plan with an overview of all measures that are important for starting your work.
You can find further support as part of our “Bosch Buddy” sponsorship program. Your personal mentor will support you with all informal topics and can provide you with valuable contacts.
Of course, your input is also required, because in our agile environment we particularly value your individual previous experience and look forward to learning from each other.
