By participating in the PRO Deals Electrical Testers Promotion (hereinafter “Promotion”), you accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation.

The Promotion runs from 01.05.2025 (0:00) to 31.08.2025 (24:00) (hereinafter “Promotion Period”).
1. To take part in the Promotion, you must do the following within the Promotion Period:
a) Purchase Bosch Professional Electrical Testers (“Promotional Product”) online or in store in the UK or Ireland, during the Promotion Period with a minimum spend of £179.99 (invoice value incl. VAT) for the United Kingdom and minimum spend of €209.10 (invoice value incl. VAT) for the Republic of Ireland. To qualify for a reward, all purchased products must be listed on a single invoice. It is not possible to combine multiple invoices to reach the minimum purchase amount. Please note that used or second-hand goods are excluded from the Promotion.
b) Visit the PRO Deals Promotion website under the following link: pro360.com/prodeals - this page will take you to the PRO Deals web application (hereinafter “PRO Deals”). A personal PRO360 user profile is required for participation. A personal PRO360 user profile must be created if none already exists. Specific terms and conditions apply to this, which the user must separately accept during the registration for the authentication service. You can review the terms and conditions of PRO360
c) Scan packaging code via smartphone or tablet or enter manually the serial number, device number, purchase date of your purchased Promotional Product.
d) Upload a copy of the invoice/purchase receipt/delivery note. Please note that this document must clearly show the Promotional Product purchased and the date of purchase.
e) You will be shown product allowances (hereinafter “Reward Item”), which you will receive free of charge if you comply with all these Terms and Conditions of Participation (as explained further in section 4).
f) Enter your delivery address and complete the participation process.
2. The Promotional Product must be purchased within the Promotion The date on the invoice is decisive for the purchase within the Promotion Period. If the invoice date is outside the Promotion Period, you must prove that the Promotional Product is purchased within the Promotion Period.
3. Participation in the Promotion must take place no later than the last day of the month following the end of the Promotion Period.
4. Purchased Promotional Products must be done with one single purchase and must be on one single invoice. Combining multiple invoices to reach the necessary invoice value described in 3. (1) a), is not allowed.
1. When you register a Promotional Product in accordance with section 3, participate in the Promotion and comply with these Terms and Conditions of Participation, you will be able to select one Reward Item free of charge from a predefined selection:
Reward Items are subject to availability. You can find the currently available Reward Items in relation to the Promotion from Bosch on the PRO Deals website www.pro360.com/prodeals. The Reward Items are available and can be selected while stocks lasts. You may only choose one Reward Item.
2. Bosch is allowed to exchange Reward Items with comparable items.
3. The Reward Item is usually delivered within 4 weeks after it has been ordered (unless otherwise noted on the website pro360.com/prodeals). Bosch will deliver the Reward Item only to addresses within the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Bosch shall bear the shipping and handling costs for the Reward Item. The Reward Item may not be exchanged, collected personally, or paid out in cash.
1. Participation is open to all natural persons who are aged 18 or older. Employees of Bosch and other companies involved in carrying out the Promotion are excluded from participation. Participation using false identities or the identities of third parties is strictly prohibited. Automated participation (e.g. using participation and registration services) is not permitted. Fraudulent activity involving website hacking, use of automation software, exploitation of software bugs, etc. will result in exclusion of participant. Bosch reserves the right to exclude any participant who makes insulting, threatening or otherwise unacceptable comments or who violates these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
2. The Promotion is aimed at end users. This includes both consumers and tradespeople. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of Participation, "consumers" are individuals who engage in a legal transaction for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession. Conversely an "entrepreneur/trader" is any individual or legal person who, when entering into the contract, is acting for purposes relating to that person’s trade, business, craft or profession regardless of whether they are acting personally or through another person acting in their name or on their behalf.
3. The participation of tradespeople is limited to five (5) participations per Promotion Period. The participation of consumers is limited to two (2) participations per Promotion Period.
4. This Promotion cannot be combined with other campaigns and discounts of the Bosch Group, especially of Robert Bosch Limited. This Promotion applies exclusively to the purchase of Promotional Products which were bought from a retailer who is resident in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland (both offline and online).
5. In the event of revocation or withdrawal from the purchase contract, you shall not be entitled to take part in the Promotion. If the Promotional Product is returned, the Reward Item must be returned to Bosch if it has already been issued. The refund claim shall be legally enforced.
6. Resale or distribution of the Reward Item received is not permitted.
7. The Participant acknowledges that any resale of Promotional Products must clearly and conspicuously disclose to the potential buyer that the products have already been registered under the Promotion and may not be eligible for promotional offers again and also not eligible for further benefits, including but not limited to manufacturer guarantees.
The participation using fake identities or third-party identities is not permitted. Automated participation (e.g., via participation and entry services) is also not permitted. Fraud through multiple registrations, website hacking, use of automation software, exploitation of software bugs, etc., will result in the participant being excluded and will be reported to the police by Bosch.

The Reward Item(s) will be provided to you without any warranty. However, this does not apply if the warranty claim is for damages and the claim is based on gross negligence or intent on the part of Bosch or its vicarious agents. Compensation claims due to loss of life, physical injury or damage to health or based on product liability laws and regulations or based on consumer protection laws and regulations shall also remain unaffected. In particular, Bosch is not obliged to replace or repair the Reward Item(s) but will examine this on a case-by-case basis.
1. We shall reserve the right to change any provisions at any time. Whenever you take part in a Promotion of Robert Bosch Power Tools, the Terms and Conditions of Participation available at that time shall apply. It is therefore in your own interest to always check the Terms and Conditions of Participation before participating. If any individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation are or become invalid or incomplete, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
2. Bosch shall reserve the right to terminate or temporarily suspend the Promotion on reasonable grounds. This shall apply, in particular, if the Promotion cannot be duly implemented or can no longer be guaranteed due to legal or material reasons.
3. The contractual relationship between you and Bosch shall be subject to English law or if you are a consumer based in Ireland, the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence is not withdrawn (principle of favourability). The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
4. These Terms and Conditions of Participation are governed by English law. If you are a consumer then, wherever you live, you can bring claims against us in the English courts and if you live in Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, or the Republic of Ireland you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a consumer we can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a business you irrevocably agree to submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with our contract with you to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
