By participating in the PRO Deals Measuring Tools Battery Promotion (hereinafter “Promotion”), you accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation.

The Promotional Campaign shall run from 01 Sep 2025 (00:01 CET) to 31 Dec 2025 (24:00 CET) (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotional Period”). Participants can enter the Promotional Campaign from 1 Sep 2024 and the participation process (as mentioned below) must be completed within a maximum of 30 days after the end of the Promotional Period.
To be able to participate in the Promotional Campaign, you must satisfy the following requirements within the Promotional Period:
1) Purchase Bosch Professional 12V, 18V or 3,7 V Measuring Tools (“Promotion Product”) online or in store in the UK or Republic of Ireland, during the Campaign Period and receive a reward. Please note that used or second-hand goods are excluded from the Promotion.
2) Visit the PRO Deals promotions page via the following link: www.pro360.com/prodeals – this page takes you to the PRO Deals web application (hereinafter referred to as “PRO Deals”).
3) When you participate in PRO Deals, a personal PRO360 user profile is created for you, if you do not already have one. For further information on PRO360 see the general terms and conditions here.
4) Enter the serial number and tool number of your purchased Promotional Product, as well as the date of purchase.
5) Upload the invoice/receipt of your Promotional Product purchase to PRO Deals, by taking a photograph of the invoice/receipt or uploading a file. Please note that both the Promotional Product purchased and the date of purchase must be clearly visible on the invoice/receipt.
6) You will then be shown a battery compatible with your purchase of your Promotional Product (either an 18V, 12V or 3.7V battery) (hereinafter “Reward Item”). You can select one Reward Item, which you will receive if you comply with all these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
7) Enter your delivery address and complete the participation process.
The purchase of the Promotional Product(s) must be bought in a single purchase, must be on one single invoice and made within the Promotional Period. The invoice/receipt date is decisive for purchases within the Promotional Period. If the invoice/receipt date is outside the Promotional Period, you must prove that the Promotional Product was purchased within the Promotional Period.
Participants can enter the Promotion Campaign from 01 September 2024 and the participation process (as explained above) must be completed within a maximum of 30 days after the end of the Promotional Period.
When you register a Promotion Product in accordance with section 3, participate in the Promotion and comply with these Terms and Conditions of Participation, you will receive one battery free of charge compatible with the purchased Promotion Product: ProCORE18V 4.0Ah (1.600.A01.6GB) or GBA 12V 2.0Ah (1.600.Z00.02X) or BA 3.7V 1.0Ah A (1.608.M00.C43) or BA 3.7V 3.0Ah XL (1.600.A03.1FZ). Reward Items are subject to availability. You can find the currently available Reward Items in relation to the Promotion from Bosch on the PRO Deals website www.pro360.com/prodeals ; the displayed rewards are available and can be selected while stocks lasts. You may only choose one reward item.
Bosch is allowed to exchange Rewards Items with comparable items.
Participation is open to all natural persons who are aged 18 or older. Employees of Bosch and other companies involved in carrying out the Promotional Campaign are excluded from participation. Participation using false identities or the identities of third parties is strictly prohibited. Automated participation (e.g. using participation and registration services) is not permitted. Fraudulent activity involving website hacking, use of automation software, exploitation of software bugs, etc. will result in exclusion of participant. Bosch reserves the right to exclude any participant who makes insulting, threatening or otherwise unacceptable comments or who violates these Terms and Conditions of Participation. The Promotional Campaign is aimed at end users. This includes both consumers and entrepreneurs/traders. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of Participation, "consumers" are individuals who engage in a legal transaction for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession. Conversely, an "entrepreneur/trader" is any individual or legal person who, when entering into the contract, is acting for purposes relating to that person’s trade, business, craft or profession regardless of whether they are acting personally or through another person acting in their name or on their behalf.
Entrepreneurs/traders may participate in the Promotional Campaign unlimited times (for each purchase) during the Promotional Period . The participation for consumers is limited to a maximum of 3 participations during the Promotional Period. Eligible participants are not permitted to participate multiple times using different e-mail addresses.
This Promotional Campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns and discounts of the Bosch Group, especially of Robert Bosch Limited. This Promotional Campaign applies exclusively to the purchase of one of the Promotional Products which were bought (both offline and online) from a retailer who is resident in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland. In the event of revocation or withdrawal from the purchase contract, you shall not be entitled to take part in the campaign. If the Promotional Product is returned, the Reward Item(s) must be returned to Bosch if it has already been granted. The refund claim shall be legally enforced. It is not permitted to resell or redistribute the Reward Item(s) received.
The Reward Item(s) will normally be delivered within four weeks after the participant ordered the Reward Item(s) (unless stated otherwise on the website www.pro360.com/prodeals). Bosch will deliver the Reward Item(s) only to addresses within the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Bosch shall pay the costs for shipping the Reward Item(s). The Reward Item(s) may not be exchanged, collected personally or paid out in cash.

To the extent permitted by law, the Reward Item(s) shall be made available to you to the exclusion of any warranty whatsoever. However, this shall not apply if the warranty claim is for compensation and the claim is based on gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of Bosch or its vicarious agents. Compensation claims due to loss of life, physical injury or damage to health, or based on product liability laws and regulations or based on consumer protection laws and regulations shall also remain unaffected. In particular, Bosch shall not be obliged to replace or repair the Reward Item(s), but will review this on an individual case.
We reserve the right to change all conditions at any time. Whenever you take part in a campaign of Robert Bosch Limited, the Terms and Conditions of Participation available online at the time shall apply. It is therefore in your own interest to always check the Terms and Conditions of Participation before you make use of the offer. If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation are or become invalid or incomplete, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Bosch reserves the right to end or temporarily suspend the campaign on reasonable grounds. This shall apply, in particular, if the campaign cannot be duly implemented or can no longer be guaranteed due to legal or material reasons.
The contractual relationships between you and Bosch shall be subject to English law or if you are a consumer based in Ireland, the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, this choice of law shall only apply if it does not deprive you of the protection provided by the mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which you usually reside (favourability principle). Application of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall be excluded.
If you are a consumer, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions of Participation in the English courts.
If you are a consumer and live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions of Participation in either the Scottish or the English courts.
If you are a consumer and live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions of Participation in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
If you are a consumer and live in Republic of Ireland, you can bring proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions of Participation in the courts of Ireland.
In all other cases, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be that of the English courts.
