Terms and Conditions of Participation 18V Promotion


By participating in the 18V Promotion PRO Deals (hereinafter called the "Promotion Campaign"), you accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation.

2. Promotional Period

The Promotion Campaign shall run from 01.09.2023 (00:00 CET) to 31.12.2023 (24:00 CET) (hereinafter called the "Promotional Period"). The registration of the Promotional Product on PRO Deals website (namely the steps 2-7 as identified above) must take place latest within 30 days after the end of the Promotional Period.


3. Participation

To be able to participate in the Promotion Campaign, you must satisfy the following requirements within the Promotional Period:

1)     Buy a Bosch Professional 18V tool or kit or a Bosch Professional 18V measuring tool; with a value of more than

£249 incl. VAT (£207.50 excl. VAT) in the UK; or

€306.27 incl. VAT (€249.00 excl. VAT) in Ireland

(hereinafter "Promotional  Product") - online or in-store.

2)     Visit the PRO Deals promotion website at the following link: www.pro360.com/prodeals - this page will take you to the PRO Deals web application (hereinafter "PRO Deals").

3)     By participating in PRO Deals, you will need to create a personal PRO360 user profile , if you do not already have one. For further information on PRO360 please refer to the general terms and conditions, which can be viewed https://www.bosch-pt.com/ptlegalpages/de/ptde/de/pro360/terms/.

4)     Enter the serial number, device number, stock keeping unit (SKU), purchase date and purchase price of your purchased Promotional Product.

5)     Upload the receipt/invoice or delivery note of your purchased Promotional Product to PRO Deals by photographing the receipt/invoice or delivery note or uploading it via file upload. Please note that the receipt/invoice or delivery note must clearly show the purchased Promotional Product, the purchase price and the date of purchase.

6)     You will then be shown a list of available reward items (as further explained in section 4) (hereinafter “Reward Item”). You can select one Reward Item which you will receive if you comply with all these Terms and Conditions of Participation.

7)     Enter your delivery address and complete the participation process.


The Promotional Products must be bought in a single purchase and within the Promotional Period. If the receipt/invoice date is within the Promotional Period, then this demonstrates that the purchase was within the Promotional Period. If the invoice date is outside the Promotional Period, it is up to you to prove that the Promotional Product was purchased within the Promotional Period.


4. Reward Item Catalogue

When you purchase a Promotional Product, you can choose a Reward Item if you participate in the Promotion Campaign and comply with these Terms and Conditions of Participation. You can find the currently available Reward Item(s) on the PRO Deals website. The Reward Items are displayed and available and can be selected only while stocks last.


5. Eligible participants and preconditions for participation, delivery

Participation is open to all natural persons who are aged 18 or older. Employees of Bosch and other companies involved in carrying out the Promotion Campaign are excluded from participation. Participation using false identities or the identities of third parties is strictly prohibited. Automated participation (e.g. using participation and registration services) is not permitted. Fraudulent activity involving website hacking, use of automation software, exploitation of software bugs, etc. will result in exclusion of participant. Bosch reserves the right to exclude any participant who makes insulting, threatening or otherwise unacceptable comments or who violates these Terms and Conditions of Participation. The Promotion Campaign is aimed at end users. This includes both consumers and entrepreneurs/traders. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of Participation, a "consumer" is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, and an "entrepreneur/trader" is any natural or legal person, when entering into the contract, is acting for purposes relating to that person’s trade, business, craft or profession whether acting personally or through another person acting in the entrepreneur’s/trader’s name or on the entrepreneur’s/trader’s behalf.

Entrepreneurs/traders may participate in the Promotion Campaign unlimited times during the Promotional Period (for each separate Promotional Product purchased). The participation for consumers is limited to a maximum of 3 participations during the  Promotional Period. Eligible participants are not permitted to participate multiple times using different email addresses.

This Promotion Campaign may not be combined with other campaigns and discounts of the Bosch Group, especially of Robert Bosch Limited. This Promotion Campaign applies exclusively to the purchase of Promotional Products which were bought from a retailer who is resident in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland (both offline and online). In the event of revocation or withdrawal from the purchase contract, you shall not be entitled to take part in the Promotion Campaign. If the Promotional Product is returned by you, the Reward Item shall be returned to Bosch if the Reward Item has already been granted. The refund claim shall be legally enforced. A resale or distribution of the received Reward Item is not permitted.

The Reward Item will normally be delivered within 4 weeks after the participant has ordered the Reward Item (unless otherwise noted on the website www.pro360.com/prodeals). Bosch will deliver the Reward Item only to addresses within the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Bosch shall pay the costs for shipping the Reward Item. The Reward Item may not be exchanged, collected personally or paid out in cash.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Reward Item shall be made available to you to the exclusion of any warranty whatsoever. However, this shall not apply if the warranty claim is for compensation and the claim is based on gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of Bosch or its vicarious agents. Compensation claims due to loss of life, physical injury or damage to health, or based on product liability laws and regulations or based on consumer protection laws and regulations shall also remain unaffected. In particular, Bosch shall not be obliged to replace or repair the Reward Item(s), but will review this on an individual case.


8. Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to change all conditions at any time. Whenever you take part in the Promotion Campaign of Robert Bosch Limited, the currently downloadable Terms and Conditions of Participation
https://www.bosch-professional.com/pro-deals-t-c/  available online at the time shall apply. It is therefore in your own interest to always check the Terms and Conditions of Participation before you make use of the offer. If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation are or become invalid or incomplete, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Bosch reserves the right to end or temporarily suspend the Promotion Campaign on reasonable grounds. This shall apply, in particular, if the Promotion Campaign cannot be duly implemented or can no longer be guaranteed due to legal or material reasons.

The contractual relationships between you and Bosch shall be subject to English law or if you are a consumer based in Ireland, the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, this choice of law shall only apply if it does not deprive you of the protection provided by the mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which you usually reside (favourability principle). Application of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall be excluded.

If you are a consumer, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions of Participation in the English courts.

If you are a consumer and live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions of Participation in either the Scottish or the English courts.

If you are a consumer and live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions of Participation in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.

If you are a consumer and live in Republic of Ireland, you can bring proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions of Participation in the courts of Ireland.

In all other cases, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be that of the English courts.

For us, the protection of your privacy during the processing of personal data and the security of all business data are important matters which we take into account in our business processes. We process personal data confidentially and always in accordance with legal provisions.  Data protection and information security form an integral part of our company policy.

Collection, processing and use of personal data

Data categories processed

The following categories of data are processed:

-                 Communication data (e.g. name, phone number, e-mail address, address)

-                 Contract master data (contractual relationship, product or contractual interests)


Basic principles

Personal data is all information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person, for example names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and contractual, accounting and billing information, that expresses an individual's identity.

We only collect, process and use personal data (including IP addresses) if there is a legal basis to do so or you have granted us your consent to do so, for example during registration.


Processing purposes and legal basis

We and the service providers we contract process your personal data for the following processing purposes:

-                 Participation in the Promotion Campaign (legal basis: performance of the contract)

-                 Self-promotion and third-party promotion, as well as market research and reach analysis to the legally permitted extent or on the basis of consent (legal basis: consent / our legitimate interest in direct marketing provided it complies with data protection and competition regulations).

-                 Product and/or customer surveys by post (legal basis: legitimate interest in the improvement of products/services, consent).

-                 Product and/or customer surveys by e-mail and/or telephone, provided you have expressly opted into them (legal basis: consent).

-                 Sending a newsletter with the recipient's consent by e-mail or text message/MMS (legal basis: consent).

-                 Safeguarding and defending our rights (legal basis: our legitimate interest in asserting and defending our rights).



If you would like to use services that require a contract to be entered into, we will ask you to register. The registration process involves collecting the personal data required for establishing and performing the contract (e.g. forename, surname, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, address) and any other data provided on a voluntary basis. Mandatory information is marked with a *.

By registering, you authorize Bosch to use the data entered to carry out the services offered by PRO360. This includes in particular the transfer of the data required for the execution of the contract ot other PRO360 applications or services. For further information please refer to the privacy policy. The customer is responsible for all actions performed under its customer account. If it is necessary to provide certain data (in particular contact and payment data) (marked with * in each case), the customer must provide this data completely and correctly. If this data changes during the course of the user relationship the customer must immediately correct the data in the PRO360 portal under contract management and/or personal settings. If costs arise due to incorrect information (e.g. unsuccessful delivery attempts due to an incorrect address or incorrect bookings due to incorrect account information), we shall be entitled to demand compensation for these costs.


Forwarding data to other controllers

We will only ever pass on your personal data to other controllers if this is necessary in order to perform the contract, if we or the third party have/has a legitimate interest in passing on the data, or if you have granted your consent to this. Details about the legal basis and recipients and/or categories of recipients are provided in the “Processing purposes and legal basis” section. In addition, data may be passed on to other controllers if we are obliged to do so on the basis of legal provisions or enforceable official or judicial orders.


Forwarding of data

Service providers

We commission external service providers to perform tasks such as sales and marketing services, contract management and payment processing.  We have selected these service providers with care and monitor them on a regular basis, particularly with regard to the careful handling and safeguarding of the data they store. All the service providers are required by us to maintain confidentiality and comply with statutory requirements. Service providers may also be other companies in the Bosch Group.

Storage period; retention periods

We store your data for as long as is necessary to provide our online services and the related services, for as long as we have your consent to process your personal data or for as long as we have a legitimate interest in storing it further (e.g. we may still have a legitimate interest in postal marketing even after the contract has been performed). After this time, we will erase your personal data, with the exception of the data that we must continue storing in order to comply with legal obligations (e.g. due to retention periods under tax and commercial law, we are obliged to retain, for example, contracts and invoices for a certain period).



Our employees and the service providers we contract are obliged to maintain confidentiality and to comply with the provisions of the applicable data protection legislation.

We take all required technical and organisational measures to guarantee an appropriate level of protection and to protect your data that is managed by us in particular from risks of unintentional or wrongful destruction, manipulation, loss, modification or unauthorised disclosure and unauthorised access. Our security measures are continually improved in accordance with the state of technological developments.

Right to information and right of access by the data subject

You have the right to obtain information from us about the processing of your data. To do so, you can assert your right of access in relation to your personal information that we process.


Right to rectification and erasure

You may request us to rectify incorrect data and, provided the legal requirements are met, complete or erase your data.

This does not apply to data that is necessary for billing and accounting purposes, or that is subject to legal obligations to retain data. However, if access to this data is not required, the processing of such data is restricted (see below).


Restriction of processing

You may request us to restrict the processing of your data, provided the legal requirements are met.


Withdrawal of consent

If you have granted us your consent to process your data, you can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the processing of your data will remain unaffected by this up to the point at which your consent is withdrawn.


Objecting to data processing

You also have the right to withdraw your consent to us processing your data at any time. If you object, we will stop processing your data unless, in accordance with legal requirements, we are able to prove that there are compelling legitimate reasons for continued processing that outweigh your rights.


Data portability

You also have the right to receive data that you provided us with in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request that this data be transmitted to a third party, where this is technically feasible.
