By participating in the 18V Promotion PRO Deals (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Campaign"), you accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation.

The Promotion Campaign shall run from 01 January 2024 (00:01 CET) to 30 April 2024 (24:00 CET) (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotional Period"). The registration of the Promotional Product on PRO Deals website and participation process (as mentioned below) must take place latest within 30 days after the end of the Promotional Period.
To be able to participate in the Promotion Campaign, you must satisfy the following requirements within the Promotional Period:
1) Buy a Bosch Professional 18V tool or kit with a value of more than £199.00 (incl. VAT) in the UK or €244.77 (incl. VAT) in Ireland to claim a free ProCORE18V 4.0Ah battery, or buy a Bosch Professional 18V tool or kit with a value of more than £299.00 (incl. VAT) in the UK or €367.77 (incl. VAT) in Ireland to claim a free ProCORE18V 4.0Ah battery or a 18V tool (hereinafter "Promotional Products") online or in store.
2) Visit the PRO Deals promotion website at the following link: www.pro360.com/prodeals - this page takes you to the PRO Deals web application (hereinafter referred to as "PRO Deals").
3) When you participate in PRO Deals, you will need to create a personal PRO360 user profile , if you do not already have one. For further information on PRO360 see the general terms and conditions here.
4) Enter the serial number, device number and stock keeping unit (SKU), purchase date and purchase price of your purchased Promotional Product.
5) Upload the invoice/receipt or delivery note of your purchased Promotional Product to PRO Deals by taking a photograph of the invoice/receipt or delivery note or uploading a file. Please note that the invoice/receipt or delivery note must clearly show the purchased Promotional Product and the date of purchase.
6) You will be shown reward items (as further explained in section 4) (hereinafter “Reward Item”), which you will receive if you comply with all these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
7) Enter your delivery address and complete the participation process.
The Promotional Products must be bought in a single purchase and within the Promotional Period. If the invoice date/receipt date is within the Promotional Period, then this demonstrates that the purchase was within the Promotional Period. If the invoice/receipt date is outside the Promotional Period, you must prove that the Promotional Product was purchased within the Promotional Period.
Participants can enter the Promotion Campaign from 01 January 2024 and the participation process (as explained above) must be completed within a maximum of 30 days after the end of the Promotional Period.
When you purchase a Promotional Product you can choose a Reward Item if you participate in the Promotion Campaign and comply with these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
Reward Items: If you buy a Promotional Product with a value more than £199.00 (incl. VAT) in the UK or €244.77 (incl. VAT) in Ireland you can choose a ProCORE18V 4.0Ah battery free of charge. If you buy a Promotional Product with a value more than £299.00 (incl. VAT) in the UK or €367.77 (incl. VAT) in Ireland you can choose a ProCORE18V 4.0Ah battery or a 18V tool free of charge.
You can find the currently available Reward Item(s) on the PRO Deals website. The displayed Reward Items are available and can be selected while stocks last. You may only choose one Reward Item per purchase of a Promotional Product.
Participation is open to all natural persons who are aged 18 or older. Employees of Bosch and other companies involved in carrying out the Promotion Campaign are excluded from participation. Participation using false identities or the identities of third parties is strictly prohibited. Automated participation (e.g. using participation and registration services) is not permitted. Fraudulent activity involving website hacking, use of automation software, exploitation of software bugs, etc. will result in exclusion of participant. Bosch reserves the right to exclude any participant who makes insulting, threatening or otherwise unacceptable comments or who violates these Terms and Conditions of Participation. The Promotion Campaign is aimed at end users. This includes both consumers and entrepreneurs/traders. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of Participation, “consumers" are individuals who engage in a legal transaction for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession. Conversely, an "entrepreneur/trader" is any individual or legal person who, when entering into the contract, is acting for purposes relating to that person’s trade, business, craft or profession regardless of whether they are acting personally or through another person acting in their name or on their behalf.
Entrepreneurs/traders may participate in the Promotion Campaign unlimited times (for each purchase) during the Promotional Period. The participation for consumers is limited to a maximum of 3 participations during the Promotional Period. Eligible participants are not permitted to participate multiple times using different e-mail addresses.
This Promotion Campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns and discounts of the Bosch Group, especially of Robert Bosch Limited. This Promotion Campaign applies exclusively to the purchase of the Promotional Products which were bought from a retailer who is resident in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland (both offline and online). In the event of revocation or withdrawal from the purchase contract, you shall not be entitled to take part in the Promotion Campaign. If the tool is returned, the Reward Item(s) must be returned to Bosch if it has already been granted. The refund claim shall be legally enforced. A resale or distribution of the received Reward Item(s) is not permitted.
The Reward Item(s) shall normally be delivered within 4 weeks after it has been ordered (unless otherwise noted on the website www.pro360.com/prodeals). Bosch will deliver the Reward Item(s) only to addresses within the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Bosch shall pay the costs for shipping the Reward Item(s). The Reward Item(s) may not be exchanged, collected personally or paid out in cash.

To the extent permitted by law, the Reward Item(s) shall be made available to you to the exclusion of any warranty whatsoever. However, this shall not apply if the warranty claim is for compensation and the claim is based on gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of Bosch or its vicarious agents. Compensation claims due to loss of life, physical injury or damage to health, or based on product liability laws and regulations or based on consumer protection laws and regulations shall also remain unaffected. In particular, Bosch shall not be obliged to replace or repair the Reward Item(s), but will review this on an individual case.
We shall reserve the right to change all conditions at any time. Whenever you take part in a Promotion Campaign of Robert Bosch Limited, the
Terms and Conditions of Participation available online at the time shall apply. It is therefore in your own interest to always check the Terms and Conditions of Participation before you make use of the offer. If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation are or become invalid or incomplete, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Bosch shall reserve the right to end or temporarily suspend the Promotion Campaign on reasonable grounds. This shall apply, in particular, if the Promotion Campaign cannot be duly implemented or can no longer be guaranteed due to legal or material reasons.
The contractual relationships between you and Bosch shall be subject to English law or if you are a consumer based in Ireland, the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, this choice of law shall only apply if it does not deprive you of the protection provided by the mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which you usually reside (favourability principle). Application of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall be excluded.
If you are a consumer, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions of Participation in the English courts.
If you are a consumer and live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions of Participation in either the Scottish or the English courts.
If you are a consumer and live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions of Participation in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
If you are a consumer and live in Republic of Ireland, you can bring proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions of Participation in the courts of Ireland.
In all other cases, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the English courts.

Basic principles

We only collect, process and use personal data (including IP addresses) if there is a legal basis to do so or you have granted us your consent to do so, for example during registration.
Processing purposes and legal basis
We and the service providers we contract process your personal data for the following processing purposes:
- Participation in the Promotion Campaign (legal basis: performance of the contract)
- Self-promotion and third-party promotion, as well as market research and reach analysis to the legally permitted extent or on the basis of consent (legal basis: consent / our legitimate interest in direct marketing provided it complies with data protection and competition regulations).

- Sending a newsletter with the recipient's consent by e-mail or text message/MMS (legal basis: consent).
- Safeguarding and defending our rights (legal basis: our legitimate interest in asserting and defending our rights).
Registration
If you would like to use services that require a contract to be entered into, we will ask you to register. The registration process involves collecting the personal data required for establishing and performing the contract (e.g. forename, surname, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, address) and any other data provided on a voluntary basis. Mandatory information is marked with a *.
Forwarding data to other controllers
We will only ever pass on your personal data to other controllers if this is necessary in order to perform the contract, if we or the third party have/has a legitimate interest in passing on the data, or if you have granted your consent to this. Details about the legal basis and recipients and/or categories of recipients are provided in the “Processing purposes and legal basis” section. Storage period; retention periods

Right to information and right of access by the data subject
