This data protection notice explains how we handle your personal data when you enter our raffle

(2) Processing of personal data Within the scope of the sweepstakes, the following personal data of the participants will be processed:

- Name, first name

- e-mail address

- Indication of the trade

 

(3) Purpose of processing This data is collected, processed and used for the following purpose:

- Implementation of the raffle and shipment of the prize.

 

(4) Legal basis The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.

 

(5) Necessity of provision The provision of personal data is necessary for participation in the raffle. Possible consequence of non-provision is non-participation.

 

(6) Data transfer The data of the participants will only be processed by Bosch and, if necessary, carefully selected and contractually obligated service providers for the purpose of carrying out the raffle and sending the prize. Please note that through possible liking and commenting and sharing, the social media platform operator gains access to your data. The platform operator itself is responsible for this under data protection law. We have no influence on which recipients the platform operator passes on your data to. The data recipients may also be located in third countries, which may have a lower level of data protection than in the EU and where data subject rights do not exist or cannot be exercised. Data processing by the platform operator is governed by their data protection notices. Bosch is solely responsible for data processing in the context of the raffle.

 

(7) Storage period Participants' data will be deleted 30 days after the end of the raffle, unless there is a legal obligation to retain the data.

(9) Data subject rights There is a right to information on the part of the Controller about the personal data concerned, as well as to correction of incorrect data or to deletion, provided that one of the reasons stated in Art. 17 GDPR applies, e.g. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued. There is also the right to restriction of processing if one of the conditions specified in Art. 18 GDPR is present and in the cases of Art. 20 GDPR the right to data portability.

 

(10) Right of appeal to the supervisory authority You have the right to lodge a complaint with a

Data Protection Authority. To do so, you can contact the data protection authority responsible for your place of residence or federal state or the data protection authority responsible for us.
